Lovely property, the location and views are fabulous. Beds are really comfortable. Very well equipped, kitchen stocked with everything to cook a good meal.

We love Lobster Lodge and have stayed numerous times over the years, Seahouses holds a very special place in our hearts. Perfect location and the views over the harbour are incredible, perfect if you fancy a lazy day and watching the comings and goings in the harbour. Everything you could need and more, the cotton bedding and egyptian cotton towels are an added bonus. Will be back again next year.

This is the second time i've stayed at Lobster Lodge and been completely satisfied with it. The location is fantastic and allows access to the best of Seahouses and the area.

Lovely accommodation and fantastic views over the harbour. Only one criticism is the size of the headroom in the upstairs toilet but it would not stop us going again. Special shout out to the staff in the Seahouses office who were extremely helpful.

Excellent base with everything you need. Clean and comfortable

The accommodation was lovely and clean and welcoming. There were some goodies as a welcome pack. Views were lovely and the beds comfortable. A perfect location for our family holiday.

Super home in the perfect position. Views over the harbour are wonderful and literally a stone's throw from the everything. Seahouses is a great base for a holiday in Northumberland and Lobster Lodge an excellent choice with plenty of space and very comfortable.

Lovely place, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the only suggestion i can make, is the keys, i was looking for them near the door, you could say they are located on the wall near the gate.

Lobster cottage is a lovely place to stay lots of interesting things to do in that area. Beautiful setting with sea views. Very comfortable for large groups plenty of space . Well equipped in the kitchen everything you need to cater for larger groups plenty of crockery cutlery glasses utensils ect. Nice and clean all round ,very comfortable beds . Two things which are not a complaint as it didn't in any way spoil our holiday. The previous people hadn't put the black bin out hence it was full on arrival and the freezer was iced up it was unusable , just admin things really just need checking. But I would certainly recommend Lobster cottage and would go there again as we had a wonderful and comfortable holiday enjoyed the whole week there.

Perfect situation with fabulous views overlooking the harbour. Good garage parking, but a lot of stairs as the property is on four floors, so not suitable for anyone waiting for a hipknee replacement. A well cared for property, very thoughtful welcome pack.

A lovely place to stay, the views are exceptional from the balcony and top floor. It has a well equipped kitchen and appreciated extras being provided of milk, teacoffee and biscuits on arrival. Perfect location for taking a boat to the Farne islands to see the puffins and beautiful walks along the coast.

Great place to stay beautiful views from the window and very well equipped More information on getting in would be useful as trying to find which is the right place when driving along Harbour rd was tricky. The entrance to get the keys is well away from the drive in entrance and the key safe is in the opposite wall from the front door and quite well concealed in the brickwork, glad we arrived in daylight

There is the possibility of 2 cars being in the garage we fitted 2 in with ease

What a lovely welcoming home a beautiful view. The hosts have thought of everything providing everything you need and the welcome pack of bread butter jam milk and biscuits was a lovely touch. Also tea coffee sugar for a drink when you arrive.

Perfect location, very clean snd well equipped. Amount of Stairs were the only drawdown for those with limited mobility.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The little extras in the kitchen were welcome. Great views and we enjoyed seeing the lifeboat going out on training.

We had a lovely holiday, the house was very nice , the view was amazing. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. It was very convenient and a short walk to shops and restaurants. My only criticism is that the property would benefit from updating.

We had a fantastic family holiday at the apartment. It is in a perfect position. Views were amazing looking across the harbour with waves crashing against the sea walls. Stunning. Central in the town and with three pubs within yards.Whats not to like.. The apartment was well maintained and had plenty of kitchen equipment, crockery etc to satisfy our needs. The groceries that were left for us were appreciated. We used the basement garage which was handy for putting one car in and the cycles. Parking was handy at both entrances. Just two small matters. Under the double bed downstairs there was accumulated dust which we mentioned to the cleaners and on the last day a slight smell of oil coming from below. Other than that perfect.

Whilst the property is in an excellent position and the views from the lounge dinningkitchen area are wonderful the other parts of the property somewhat fall short. The house looks tired and in need of a redecoration, the twin bedroom on the first floor,the paint work on the walls are marked and looked grubby. The small single bedroom didn't actually work for us, the window wall and window was showing signs of mould.And It wasn't possible to leave the window open in the room as the fumes and smell of oil was coming in!our son that who was supposedly staying couldn't stay in the room and slept in the lounge! The spa shower in the bath didn't work. The toilet on the third floor wasn't really suitable unless you were under 4,6 feet in hight,or you were a contortionist and didn't mind burning your head on the ceiling light. The staircase up to the third floor in my opinion was a bit dodgy, it has a single hand rail on one side which wasn't the issue. However the stair riser on the left hand side purtrudes above the floor level and is a trip hazard. As I said previously, the position of the property and the views from the lounge are excellent, but the rest of the property let's it down.

Amazing cottage for a family of three generations and two four legged friends views are spectacular if its lucky enough to be vacant for when we plan our holiday next year it will deffo be on our list! Extremely clean and well kept. We had a very relaxing holiday ,lovey view. Comfortable lounge and bed.

Overall it was a really convenient place to stay. Was nice to see there were tea towels and soap washing up liquid provided even though the instructions say not and the milk and biscuits were unexpected and much appreciated

Could'nt work the tv remotes

Loved the place and the whole lay out just a few things as we entered the property we had to wash. All the bowls again due to nit been clean and dirty clothes in the wardrobe left hanging so we had to bag it and leave it but the place itself was comfy and great location and outlook

First and foremost, the location of this property was perfection for us Fantastic views, proximity to shops & restaurants 1minute and great walks from the door. For that reason we would definitely return. Wouldbe renters should however, be aware that this property is on three floors and if mobility is in any way an issue, the stairs to the top floor Kingsize bed could be challenging. Also, you are two floors up from all the other bedrooms! We have teenage kids so they were happy for the space!! The property is generally well equipped although there were no booksgamespuzzles that we could find? for rainy days. Property was really cold when we arrived but quickly warmed up with easytouse thermostat. Be really careful with the garage door buttons our son accidentally pressed the large square button to the left of the light switches in the garage and hit our car parked outside! Not the greatest start to the holiday but no real harm done! Overall we really liked this property as the small negatives were vastly outweighed by positives. We hope to return again soon

This is a lovely house with a great view over the harbour and down the coast to Holy Island from most of the rooms and a balcony. It is in a convenient central location close to the shops and pubs.

Fabulous house with fabulous views ideal location well appointed, everything there we needed Highly recommended, high standard of finishing will be looking to book again next year. Thank you we had lovely holiday.
