This was a stunning cottage situated right in the harbour with a balcony to sit and watch the world go by! Idyllic! Everything about the cottage was high quality; from the soft and fluffy towels to the local photos and artwork. It was beautifully decorated throughout and immaculately clean. The kitchen, although small, had the largest range if equipment we have every seen in a rented cottage. There was nothing at all you could have wanted that wasnâ??t available for you. Just fantastic. Seahouses itself is such a lovely place and we went all over exploring - on a boat to the Farne Islands, Lindesfarne, Bamburgh, Alnwick The beach are beautiful and you can walk and walk for miles All in all, a fabulous cottage in a fabulous part of the world Would thoroughly recommend a visit

A cozy, comfortable fishermanâ??s cottage that is well equipped with a beach, nautical, puffin aesthetic. Homely with co ordinated well thought out ornaments and pictures, particularly the history of the cottage in the living area. The balcony and view of the harbour from the upstairs bedroom is lovely, easy to sit and watch the world go by. We even saw the lifeboat launched and return.

The cottage was very cosy, which was important in a fairly chilly week. The little lights on the stairs were very helpful, as were the two very robust hand rails on the stairs. We would book again if the opportunity arose.
