Fantastic location in the centre of Seahouses. Great apartment with everything required for a great holiday.

Not cleaned to an acceptable standard 7 hour turnaround (canâ??t enter until 5pm and leave before 10am) Difficult deposit structure basically means you have to pay £25 deposit rather than having to wait several weeks to get £200 returned. The flat was perfect for us as a family. The car parking worked out great. Many Coxon's ice creams were consumed. Another great holiday in Northumberland.

The apartment was just what we needed very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely view of the sea. The location in the middle of the town was great for access to the local pubs, shops and boat trips. The parking pass was really handy and saved us money. All and all very satisfied

This two bedroom property with two bathroom one including a shower is the perfect Central property you have views over the islands enough cutlery for 16 person and sufficient crockery for all cleanliness was excellent and unlike some if you are staying somewhere it is down to you how clean the property is during your stay. My daughter and her cat stayed 2 days and my son and his better half stayed 2 days plus a number of our friends staying in an Hotel came over and where envious of us and all will be staying here in due course me and my family are already planning our return 10 out of 5 highly recommended

The flat was very good and in a central location for services and all Northumberland had to offer. The parking permit was very welcome, as we met a couple who were staying at the Ship Inn who had to source there own overnight parking. This did not go down well with them.

Not the cleanest property Iâ??ve ever stayed in, particularly bathroom. Heating didnâ??t work, including towel rail so nowhere to dry towels at all. Very little equipment in kitchen, no dishwasher salt, no cleaning products to wipe down hob, countertops etc. Bath plug mechanism broken, had to lever plug out with a teaspoon every time, bath and shower old and dated and in poor condition. Whole apartment in need of a hood clean and a freshen up, new paintwork etc obviously not been updated for some years. Good location though

A clean comfortable apartment, although in the centre of Seahouses it was quiet. It is perfectly situated for local ships, pubs and restaurants.

We had a wonderful week here with our 2 young children and our dog. The location is brilliant, handy to have cafes, pubs and the co-op within a minutes walk. Apartment was clean with all the basics. The only thing we missed was a washing machine but we used a local laundy service during our stay which was a 5 minute drive away. The car park is very close by and it was handy to have the parking permit as we could use it in other carparks in Northumberland too. There were a few bits and bobs around the apartment that require fixing (broken headboard on one of the beds, loose skirting board trim) but I have detailed these seperately and we reported it to the office downstairs. Overall a good apartment. I would stay again.
