The house was in a great spot just outside Seahouses, short walk to the beach and town center. Accommodation was good, however for a property that large, and the money paid for a short stay, I would expect basics to be provided such as kitchen roll and enough toilet paper.

Lovely house, well situated, clean nd good facilities. Excellent enclosed garden and adjacent open field for dogwalking. Beds were comfortable, plenty of crockery. Will defo Italy return. There are a few minor points that need addressing a couple of side lights in the lounge, rather than ceiling light, would be nice. In kitchen, the bin lid is tricky to lift and you need to bring your own sink cloths but these are minor points. Also worthwhile pointing out that care needs be taken with parking to ensure you dont block the neighbours driveview not difficult to do.

Accommodation was excellent, in a really good location with lovely views. It had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay, lovely coastal walks, lovely pubs and plenty o f choice for food.

The property was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay but we did find dust and cobwebs in some places .

We had a wonderful week at Coastal View. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was in an ideal location for our three generation family and the dogs loved the beaches. Having spent many holidays in self catering accommodation we expected to have a welcome pack or at the very least a bottle of milk in the fridge. We also had to rush to buy a cafetire for the many packs of ground coffee we brought with us.

We had a lovely week at coastal view. The house was perfect for 8 adults. The property is ideally situated, around 5 minutes walk into Seahouses and around 10 mins to a stunning sandy beach. We had a small issue with a bed during our stay which was rectified swiftly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone looking for a home from home stay in Northumberland.

It was lovely to arrive to a spotlessly clean home. The beds were very comfortable and sheets and towels again were spotless 10 out of 10 to the house cleaner!

Great location for town centre as well as beach. Property was very wellequipped and sufficient for our party of six plus two dogs. Main feedback is the booking in time of 5pm and booking out of 9.30am which means you lose several hours during a 7 day stay and have a lot of rushing around on the day of departure

Would stay at the same house again so was well pleased. Good fasciities . Might I suggest that a cafetire and a knife sharpener might be handy.

Wonderful views from the upstairs and kitchen windows. Really comfortable beds. Well equipped for 3 generations and 2 dogs to enjoy a great holiday together. The garden is lovely, with plenty of room to enjoy sitting out and relaxing after a day out. A home away from home. We are planning another stay for next year. The games room is amazing, we all enjoyed the table tennis and pool, thank you very much. We parked the cars up when we arrived and they didn't move again until the following Saturday when we had to leave.

Perfect property for us. Easy to keep clean even with a sea loving dog! The house had everything we needed and the location was great for the town and beaches.

Unfortunately the property wasnt very clean, the downstairs toilet seat and the bathroom upstairs in particular soap scum in bath and the shower screen blade at the bottom was terrible, very dusty also in between the spindles on the stairs. The en suite toilet flush is not working properly it didnt work well in Oct 22 either, Fence in garden needs repair, lights in the back garden would be welcome, and more sturdy coat hooks, the current ones, whilst a good addition since our 1st visit are already loose, cant see them lasting long. Apart from that, the property is well placed, comfortable, and warm. Sadly for the inflated price paid for festive break though we cant help feeling disappointed.

Excellent accommodation had everything we needed games room big hit short stroll to beaches and village eats. Would recommend to anyone. Would have a coat shoe rack at entrance to stop hanging on banister pole

Beautiful house. We had an amazing stay at Coastal View. Its in a fabulous location for the beach and also just a short stroll to the shops and pubsrestaurants etc. The house itself has everything you would need for your stay and is so comfortable. The owners have put a lot of thought into the property. The games room was a great touch too. We would definitely return to this property in the future.

Wonderful location and decor was just fabulous, very tastefully done , we couldn't have wished for a better holiday home for the week, the garden is the best dog friendly we have ever stayed in as it was so secure and the views of the beach were just lovely. We will definitely be booking this holiday home again.

Great property to accommodate 3 generations of our family, which included two teens. The games room in the garage was a great bonus, especially when the weather was a bit dodgy. The short walk over the golf course on the public footpath, to the beach made our springer very happy! Lots of other east walks from the doorstep, and proximity to the local shops meant the car stayed park unless we went for a day out.

Property and gardens require better standared of maintenance 1, Radiators in en suite, living room, dinning room require bleeding 2, Floor covering lifting in kitchen by freezer 3, light in living room requirs replacement bulb 4, The whole property would benifit from a deep clean advice would be to get an indipendent company in and not use the ones who were in allegedly on the previous Friday. I left a card on the mantlepice of an indipendent company which maybe of interest. All in all not an experience we will nor forget repeat nor recommend to any one As for Sykes this was our first and last experience of booking with your company Regards M J Randles
