Great modern vacation home in a perfect location. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, but Seahouses Main Street with multiple shops and restaurants is less than a 10 minute walk away. The coastline is almost literaly a stone's throw away, using a foodpath that starts in front of the house. A bit further away still less than a kilometer are big sandy beaches. An ideal spot for bird enthousiasts like us, with plenty to see on the rocks and beaches around Seahouses and with the boat to the Farne Islands nearby. The house was modern and everything felt really new. We will definitely recommend the place to others and return ourselves if we ever visit the area again.

Great location for visiting Seahouses, Beadnell, Bamburgh and Alnwick! Property well looked after and very cosy!

A bright, clean and well presented little house. It's our 2nd visit and we may well stay again. Though not photographed the 2nd bed in the twin bedroom pulls out from under the other so it's a bit cosy in there. No problem for our guests .If you like the coast this house is in a great spot, a short walk from the coastal path . We've stayed in many Sykes properties and this is one of the best for location, price and welcome. If needed the owners respond to any query you might have about the house when staying.
