About Railston Cottage

Railston Cottage is a beautifully converted former coach house on the edge of Seahouses in Northumberland. Built around 1820 by local seed and grain merchant John Railston, it was originally used to house his horse-drawn coach. The building has been fully transformed into a superior self-catering property sleeping up to 6 guests across three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Seahouses sits on the Northumberland coast with direct access to some of the finest beaches in England. The village has pubs within walking distance and is the main departure point for boat trips to the Farne Islands. The Northumberland coastline here is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The ground floor has a king-size bedroom with patio doors to the garden plus a Jack and Jill shower room. Upstairs there's a double bedroom with en-suite bath and sea views and a twin bedroom also with en-suite shower. The lounge features a woodburner and 55" Smart TV. The sun room overlooks the enclosed private garden.
