Claremont is a 200-year-old stone house in North Sunderland, sitting opposite St Paul's Church in the old village centre, now part of Seahouses on the Northumberland coast. Part of the James Collection and classified as Coastal Luxury, this property was fully renovated in 2020 using natural traditional materials. It sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the harbour is just a 10-minute walk away.

Seahouses is a working harbour town with tearooms, pubs, restaurants and shops. Boat trips to the Farne Islands leave from the harbour. The Farne Islands are home to grey seal colonies and nesting seabirds. Bamburgh Castle is less than 4 miles away along golden sandy beaches.

Bedroom 1 has its own private suite including a vaulted sitting room and walk-in shower ensuite. The ground floor features limestone flags, a wood burner and a kitchen with granite worktops and vaulted ceiling.
