About The Coracle

The Coracle is a traditional fisherman's cottage in the old part of Seahouses village on the Northumberland coast. Batten doors and a stonework hearth with a woodburner give it real character. This is an end-terrace property that sleeps four and sits just a short stroll from the harbour.

Seahouses is a working seaside village with a proper harbour. You can walk to a pub or restaurant in under five minutes. The Northumberland Heritage Coastline is right on your doorstep golden beaches, sea views and fresh air in every direction.

The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms a double bedroom with a 4ft 6in bed and a bunk bedroom with two 3ft beds. There's one shower room with a cubicle and toilet. The living room has a Freeview TV, DVD player and dining area. Wi-Fi and bed linen are included. Up to two pets stay free of charge.

Boat trips from Seahouses harbour to the Farne Islands to see puffins run regularly (0.3 miles, 5 mins). Bamburgh Castle and its famous beach are 5 miles north (10 mins). Alnwick Castle is 16 miles away (25 mins). Holy Island (Lindisfarne) is 14 miles north (20 mins).
