Cuddy's Holm is a delightful property well situated in the centre of Seahouses with its own parking. The apartment is well furnished and very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. We have already stayed there four times and shall return in 2026 which confirms what a great place it is for a relaxing holiday.

An absolutely perfect apartment for your stay. You couldnt get much closer to everything you have on the doorstep. The apartment is clean and all your home comforts it is home from home. Loved having the balcony as we hit very lucky on the weather so used it more than we thought we would. The parking is great as under cover so car stayed cool when not needed. We will definitely be back and can only say thank you for such a lovely place to stay. One point the lift was out of use which was out of the owners control so we definitely got some exercise up and down the stairs. The good side we improved our fitness and it wasnt a bother for us.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it was ideally located and spotlessly clean. The only thing that spoiled our stay was that the lift to the second floor failed in the middle of the week and was still not fixed by the time we left which resulted in my wife and I having to carry all our luggage down two flights of twisting stairs, not good.

Beautifully presented property, great location with the added bonus of private parking. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need for a great holiday. Parking permit came in very useful also. It's like a home away from home we had a lovely time, Seahouses & Bamburgh are two of our favourite places & it was great to be able to spend time there with our grown up sons. Fab meals at The Potted Lobster & The Old Buoy Inn would highly recommend.

Our week's stay in Cuddy's Holm was fabulous. Welllocated near Seahouses harbour for Farne Island trips, secure allocated parking in the apartment compound with parking permit available for a 2nd car in the car park opposite, scrupulously clean, kitchen small but wellplanned and lacking nothing in equipment, comfortable beds and a library of useful local information. Located on 1st floor with lift up from the ground floor. Cuddy's Holm is centrally located for northern Northumberland. We will be back!
Beautiful property in a lovely location with good amenities in Seahouses and lots of walking sightseeing and trips in the surrounding area.
This is our seventh stay in two years so we obviously like it! Spotless as usual. Always something new this time an air fryer. Flat is decorated to a high standard. Bath sheets are generous size. Provision of a second key is very useful. Two bathrooms gives more privacy. One bathroom has a stepin shower. The handrail gives security to those of us not quite so able or steady. The lift is another advantage. To have a dedicated parking space in Seahouses is a big plus. The owners direct contact immediately prior to arrival is informative and appreciated.

This apartment is amazing, lovely decoration and fittings. It's lovely and clean. I'm fussy with having a holiday property of my own in Cumbria. But I would say this is one of the nicest properties I've stayed at in, if not the best. The owner is so helpful and nice as well. Perfect place and we will definitely return.
We have stayed here 3 times now and every stay has seen some improvement or addition. The location is excellent for visiting this coast and the availability of restaurants, cafes, pubs, just adds to the holiday. This is a perfect base, a real home from home.

This is perhaps the nicest holiday rental I've stayed in. It's immaculate, the feel and look of the apartment is just gorgeous. The apartment is central but quiet, parking so easy, it all felt very safe and secure. I only marked it down a point in comfort because the mattresses were very soft and my old back didn't cope too well, which is obviously very subjective and wouldn't want it to put anyone else off! Communication with the owner was first class. Imcsnt recommend this apartment highly enough.

A gem of a property, great location, peaceful and very well equipped, with literally everything that was needed during our stay. Loved this place so much that I have rebooked for next year, Northumberland is a fantastic location to explore and Seahouses is an ideal base with plenty to offer. The host informed us of all of the details that we needed to access the property and even provided a parking permit for pay and display car parks. This apartment is the best apartment I have ever stopped in. Position. Couldn't have been better right in the centre of Seahouses with parking brilliant. And two balconies facing the sun, and best equipped apartment again that I ever stopped on . It had absolutely everything. And we had a great holiday. Just spoiled slightly by poor weather on our last day

Another lovely week at Cuddys Holm, the parking permit for Northumberland car parks was brilliant as the bus service at present is very poor. Would we stay again at the apartment, you bet we would.

Just had a great week at Cuddys Holm, it was in a central spot in Seahouses, bonus to have a dedicated secure parking spot. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything to feel like a home from home. Beds really comfy and a spacious walkin shower. Echo dot a bonus to make it easy to listen to radio or music of your choice. I would definately recommend a stay at Cuddys Holm.

This was our third visit to Cuddy's Holme as it suits our needs perfectly. The Viking is in the centre of the village with secure parking which is an added benefit. The apartment is well equipped and well maintained. It is very warm and comfortable and very quiet which aids a good night's sleep after long walks on the beaches!

A beautiful, attractively decorated and very private property right by the harbour and centre of Seahouses but still very quiet. Large comfortable beds, and a fantastic shower. There is a lift to the second floor which is great when moving inout. A problem I had with a blocked sink was dealt with quickly and I was kept up to date on progress. Staff in the office were polite, friendly and helpful.
This is a lovely flat in the middle of Seahouses, so plenty of options for eating out or in. Lots of opportunity to walk and explore this beautiful coast and area from a very relaxing base.
Spotless and well equipped. A very nicely furnished, cosy apartment. I particularly appreciated that the owners have now fitted a handrail in the stepin shower which is a huge help to people like me with some mobility issues. Dedicated, secure parking is a bonus. The owner was very helpful.

Excellent location, all facilities in easy walking distance, and the beach is not much further away. It's a short stroll to the pier where you can take various boat trips. I cannot fault the thought put into the contents of this apartment. Decent knives, wooden spoons, a sieve, spare batteries everything we needed was at hand. I was disappointed that the apartment itself did not have a sea view but it didn't detract from the holiday and I would happily come back again.
I really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. We wasn't short of anything and it's a credit to the owner. I would certainly recommend to anyone
