Farne Cottage is a restored single-storey cottage in Seahouses on the Northumberland Heritage coastline an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Less than 100 yards from the harbour, it has a 4.6 out of 5 rating and has won the Customers' Choice award in both 2021 and 2024. Solid oak wood flooring runs throughout and every room has been finished with real attention to detail.

Seahouses is a working fishing village with shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Watch trawlers come in at the harbour, book a boat trip to the Farne Islands or try fishing off the quay. A links golf course sits nearby with coastal views.

The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms. Bedroom one is a 4ft 6in double. Bedroom two has two 3ft singles that zip-link into a double. There is one bathroom with bath, shower over and heated towel rail. A wood burning stove with initial fuel included makes the living room cosy. The kitchen is contemporary and well-equipped with a dishwasher.

Bamburgh Castle is 2 miles north. The Farne Islands boat trips leave from Seahouses harbour. Alnwick Castle and Alnwick Garden are 12 miles inland (20 mins). Lindisfarne Holy Island is roughly 14 miles north (25 mins).
