This is a beautiful home one of the best we have stayed in. Location is fabulous near everything you need the northumberland coast line is wonderful equally matched with a very warm, clean, comfortable home from home.

We really liked our time in Seahouses. This property is ideally situated close to the centre of Seahouses, close to the shops, pubs, many that serve good food and fish or indian restaurants. The property is very clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. There is everything you need to have a good holiday. Comfy beds, 2 bathrooms and overall a great property with friendly owners.

We loved Sans Souci it was brilliant very easy to walk out in the evening and such a great area to visit! everything was spot on for our needs! welcome gifts too didnt expect that a lovely treat! Would come back again

Fantastic location for exploring the wider area where many little gems of beaches, villages, pubs & restaurants can be found. Felt at home immediately walking through the door. Sans Souci is the most beautiful, comfortable holiday home we have stayed in in the most perfect location Sans Souci has everything you need and more the owners have thought of everything, it is cosy, well decorated and just stunning. Sans Souci was spotlessly clean all beds extremely comfortable with beautiful bedding and towels included in your stay. Location is key for us slightly tucked away but you have everything just a short walk away, pubs, restaurants, shops, stunning beaches what more could you ask for. Fabulous property in a great location. Minutes to shops and places to eat. Great quality beds & linen. Lovely welcome pack, coffee machine etc. Bit of music from nearby property whilst work is carried out but we were out every day anyway. Dog friendly, not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. Great equipment with washer and washing line, large fridgefreezer, utensils and TV in all rooms. Great secure garden, spotlessly clean. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Second stay at Sans Souci. Fantastic modern property which is immaculate inside and out. Fantastic location in the heart of Seahouses,close to shops, pubs and everything you need. Close to the beach and some fantastic views along the Northumberland coast. Would have no problems recommending this property and location for a brilliant holiday.

After a long drive we were welcomed to 'Sans Souci' and found it comfortable, spacious, modern, fully equipped, every convenience catered for, with the added bonus of dedicated parking in a very quiet location, and with all that you need to stay right in the heart of Seahouses we have highly recommended this accommodation to our friends and will be rebooking for our 2026 visit.

Absolutely stunning, comfortable, clean modern holiday home. We would definitely recommend this property to visit. Our only issue is the mattress in the upstairs king size bed was too soft, but that is our personal preference, overall 5 star. Thank you for the welcome pack, it was so appreciated.

The cleaning company let you down , had they taken a little longer on the finer details then the stay from start to finish would have been faultless. Easy fix though and it didnt spoil a fantastic place to stay we would still highly recommend we loved staying here and will be back . We had such a lovely relaxing week in a stunning property.

We have rented many properties around the UK but can honestly say that this is the first one that has lived up to the description and pictures we were not disappointed! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect we do a lot of cooking at home due to dietary needs and we cooked many meals including our Christmas dinner. The owners left a beautiful welcome hamper which is the best weve ever had with quality items basically the property is stunning, well maintained and stylishly furnished it felt like home straight away. Very nice, comfortable, well equiaxed property. Greta for access to a the facilities in Seahouses with 2 beaches in walking distance and also lots of others a short drive away. Great encased garden for the dog which is important. We are staying again in March next year and looking forward to it. The only thing I would change would be the benches at the kitchen table were very awkward to move and sit at with 2 people and would have been even more difficult with 6. I think chairs would be more practical and comfortable.

We really liked the property and found it very clean and well looked after. The facilities were excellent and the rear garden was certainly dog safe with good solid fencing all round so no fears of our bog wandering off. 5 minutes from the coastal path made dog walking a true joy. Will definitely revisit.

My family and I recently returned from a 5day stay at San Souci Seahouses, and it was absolutely perfect. We stayed as a family of 5, including our dog Luna, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house itself is beautifully decorated, with every detail carefully thought out by the owners. The upstairs bedrooms have walkin wardrobes, and the downstairs bathroom even has a magnifier on the mirror. The kitchen is wellequipped with added extras, and the lounge features the comfiest couch we've ever had the pleasure of sitting on. The little welcome basket was a lovely gesture, Luna loved her ball for the beach thank you. In terms of location, the house is just a short walk away from several charming little pubs where we enjoyed delicious lunches and dinners. The Coop, where we could get our essential groceries, was also just a few minutes away. Additionally, the harbour, where we discovered the most amazing donuts, was only a 5minute walk from the house. And within a 10 minute walk, we found ourselves on the most picturesque beaches we've ever seen. Overall, this little hideaway was perfect for our family, and we can't wait to return in the future.

A lovely dog friendly property in a great location right in the centre of Seahouses but tucked away to be nice and peaceful. The property itself is well furnished and was spotless. Four of us stayed with two Jack Russells and we had a fantastic time. 2mins walk to the shops and some lovely pubs and only 5mins to the beech. The coastline is stunning! If you enjoy walking the coastal walks in this area and second to none!

Had a fabulous 60th birthday weekend celebration at San Souci. To say our friends were impressed on our choice was an understatement the accommodation was beautifully decorated and very modern and clean with everything we needed. The basket of goodies was really appreciated and a very special touch. The accommodation was central and it was great that we had parking spaces to use as Seahouses does get very congested . Would definitely return . There was only one minor thing in that the grass had not been cut and I had to clean down the garden furniture but that did not detract from our wonderful stay . Absolutely superb property in a brilliantly convenient location. So many added comforts such as a superlarge sofa area, beds to sink into and a wellstocked kitchen. It worked perfectly for a multigenerational family with a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful property and for the generous treats including from our fourlegged friends who are missing watching the seagulls on the garden fence a lot!

The house was very near the local shops and places to eat we tried the Black Swan which was excellent. Nice that the owners checked with us that all was ok. Excellent, if I was able to give more than five stars I certainly would. Could not fault this property at all. Unbelievably well equipped compared to anything else we have been to. There is everything you need for a day at the beach even bucket and spade. There is nothing you will need for the kitchen, plenty of books and games for the wet days. The property is minutes from Seahouses and positioned in the middle of Beadnell and Bamburgh. We will definately be back.

It has been an absolute pleasure to stay in your extremely modern, yet cosy and comfortable property. The standard of cleanliness and facilities were excellent and well above our expectations. There was nothing extra we needed that wasnt readily available in the property. It is in a great location off the main road in a secluded and quiet culdesac, yet close to everything that Seahouses has to offer and within easy distance to some great places of significant interest. Finished and equipped to a very high level throughout in a quiet cul de sac a stones throw from the centre of Seahouses it doesn't get any better! Comfy beds, good heating if needed, everything you need in the kitchen, multiple TVs, good wifi, and loads of thoughtful touches from dog biscuits to starter supplies and loads of games. Communications were friendly, helpful and quick. The enclosed back garden is ideal for dogs. Loved it.

When we had our visit, we found it an amazing place to stay, so clean, so well equipped and finished to an extremely high standard. The beds were super comfy, the lounge was great for relaxing, and the kitchen was well equipped for every eventuality. It was a cold weekend but the heating system kept us very toasty with the underfloor heating. The village of Seahouses is a lovely place to visit with great walks around the harbour and excellent places nearby to visit. Would highly recommend anyone to say there.
