Absolutely gorgeous house with the best views and it's super comfortable - we were a group of 4 friends and there was plenty of space and a cozy fire. It's a short easy walk into Seahouses and there is loads of parking on the drive. This was our second visit and i doubt it will be our last - simply no point in looking anywhere else in this area as I doubt this house could be bettered! Thank you.

This has been our fourth visit to the cottage and definitely wonâ??t be our last. Lovely home with the most amazing view. Love the new decor.

We've been staying here for many years now and it never disappoints. Fabulous location and view. Love all the updates that have been done. Amazing house. Massive garden for the dogs. Plenty of parking. Love it.

The cottage was absolutely stunning. We stayed here 17 years ago and it is still the best place we have stayed (we come every year to Seahouses). The location is perfect, the house was so spacious and decorated beautifully throughout. We really enjoyed our stay here. The dogs also loved the huge garden!! As three generations, we spent a wonderful five days in this well-equipped and spacious house celebrating my 70th birthday. The location is stunning with views out to sea and the Farne Islands. The huge back garden was an idyll for our granddaughters, flying their kite, playing badminton (brought their own set), or using the play equipment - they referred to it as a field!! We were so close to the beach, we could carry coffee & books across the road to one of the benches looking out to sea. We particularly liked the seats in the bay windows too - and there was often a rush to claim them! The photographs and history of the house were very interesting and it is clearly a well-loved family home. It was our first visit to Northumberland and the stunning countryside and friendly people have ensured it most definitely will not be our last.

Gorgeous cottage!

A spacious, well located large cottage, with excellent views of the Farne Islands and the coast. Easy access to Bamburgh beach which the grandchildren loved.

The Cottage is absolutely fabulous, probably the best we have every stayed in over the years. It's location, spaciousness, abundance of quality fittings throughout the entire property in kitchen / bathrooms / lounge / dining room and even outside were very good indeed. It was nice to so close to the village centre and also good to have a big outside space especially considering we had 3 cars for our party of eight. Loads of nearby attractions within a very short drive and a fabulous beach just across the road where you can walk the three miles up to Bamburgh Castle at low tide, The garden was a tiny bit disappointing as although it was huge it lacked planting - maybe that's because of the coastal locations and strong winds plus dedicated maintenance needed, but may a few shrubs in pots would make it slightly less austere? We would love to stay at this property again when we get the chance to visit this fantastic area again.

Absolutely fantastic house and location. Extremely large garden, which the dogs appreciated. Having stayed in Seahouses/Bamburgh 6 times now and the cottage is simply the best. So much so that we booked for next year whilst we were there.

This is a most wonderful house with amazing views and in an excellent situation. The house was warm, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed to make it a real home from home.

Lovely cottage in a wonderful position. When I booked I was a little worried that the photos had been carefully taken to make it look bigger than it actually was and warned my family that it might be a little snug. I was wrong, it is a very good size and the eight of us were not cramped at all. Would love to come again.

This property is absolutely excellent in it's location. We are 8 ladies who have a school reunion every year even though it is over 40 years since we left school. We choose a different location in the UK each year and this is by far the best property we have stayed in so far. Would very much consider returning. It is very close to town, brilliant access to the beach and all other amenities.

This is an absolute gem of a holiday cottage - a beautiful, well equipped house, lovely garden, loads of parking and honestly it couldnâ??t be closer or better placed for the beach! You can lie in bed and listen to the sea! Weâ??ve stayed here many times and love it. The owner is constantly making changes to make it even better - this year we were inspired by the beautiful colours in the redecoration. Just gorgeous. As the weather can be a bit unpredictable, itâ??s also worth mentioning the lovely sitting area in the kitchen that looks out over the beach.

A lovely house. It is well appointed, warm, comfortable and spacious. There is plenty parking space and a very large garden with outdoor table and chairs. The views of the Farne islands and the local beaches are superb. Highly recommended!

This is just a lovely, spacious cottage with a really homely feel to it. We do love everything about it. The views are truley amazing and it is impossible not to relax there.

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location

An excellent place to stay, garden was lovely for our 2 dogs and also equipped excellently for them as well. Well situated for walking into Seahouses, so close to all amenities. Beach is lovely and a lovely walk to Bamburgh

This is a wonderful place to stay - just across the road from the beach with views out to the Farne Islands from the front of the house, and a beautiful garden at the back of the house. Our family has stayed here more times than I can remember in the last 20 years - it's always our 1st choice of holiday cottages in Northumberland. The house is really lovely, well equipped and spacious.

Fantastic cottage stunning view

We've booked The Cottage several times for New Years Eve and also during the summer as we always have a relaxing, comfortable break. The location is ideal for the amazing views and also to the beach for our daily walk along to Bamburgh and to The Copper Kettle for lunch. We will definitely continue to book The Cottage for future holiday and also recommend it to friends and family.
