The accommodation sleeps four guests across two bedrooms. The super-king bedroom includes an en-suite shower room and small TV. The second bedroom has a king-size zip-and-link bed that converts to twin beds on request. The open-plan lounge features high vaulted ceilings and French doors leading to the garden. The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite worktops and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The south-facing patio garden includes a BBQ and outdoor dining area. Two dogs are welcome. Off-road parking for two cars is provided.

Beautiful accommodation will definitely be staying again . The house is clean and cosy with everything you need ,its location is perfect for doggy walks and close to so many places of interest.

No problems with the cottage whatsoever, my criticisms come around the booking process. At the final stage £50 is added as a booking fee. Then you have a choice to pay £25 to cover any and all potential damages however this is not refundable so the cost of your holiday has suddenly increased by £75. Alternatively you can pay £200 additional deposit which is refundable. The sad part of this is that the refund isnt made until some 10 days plus AFTER you have returned home. As the cottage has to be vacated by 10am on the morning of your last day to allow cleaning etc for the next guests at 16::00 potentially then at this stage it must be known if any damage has occured of no damage then why cant a simple BACS transfer be completed to refund the £200 within the day. Feels like im being taken for a ride here

Perfect Cottage Stay in Beautiful Seahouses We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous cottage in Seahouses. The location was ideal â?? just a short walk to the beach and the heart of the village â?? making it easy to enjoy the coast and local attractions each day. The cottage itself was beautifully presented, with lovely oak doors, stone flooring, and large glass doors in the living room that opened onto a tidy patio and a long, well-kept garden. The décor and furniture gave the whole place a warm, welcoming vibe and made it feel like a real home away from home. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches â?? a lovely basket of goodies and fresh milk in the fridge so we could enjoy a cup of tea as soon as we arrived. Everything was spotlessly clean and well cared for, and we couldnâ??t have asked for a better base for our holiday. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Seahouses and would happily stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, 15 walk into seahouses. Ample parking and lovely cottage. Clean, comfy and plenty of room. The garden is enclosed and perfect for keeping the dogs safe. Would happily stay there again.

Fabulous cottage for dogs and their human companions. Lots of space and super safe outside space. Super location for exploring the Northumberland coast. Beaches amazing. Boat trip out to Farne Islands to see the birds was brilliant, sunset cruise to be recommended. Seahouses has everything you need. Cottage just needs a few minor niggles sorted to bring it up to 5 star standard.

We had a lovely stay here, 2 couples and 2 dogs. The cottage is well presented and well equipped. it's comfortably furnished and spacious. The garden area is great for humans and doggies and there is a fantastic view from there. It's a short drive to Seahouses and it's well situated for exploring the area. I'm sure we will stay here again in the future.

The Old Cart Shed is a warm and homely cottage, immaculately clean, well equipped and very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The off-road undercover parking is a great bonus and the enclosed garden and patio area very secure for our two spaniels. We all appreciated the wonderful and thoughtful welcome pack and toiletries. We particularly enjoyed the log fire to curl up against on the cold nights. The cottage is in a nice peaceful part of North Sunderland within easy distance for both walking or driving to Seahouses, Beadnell and Bamburgh. One of the nicest cottages we have stayed in and hope to return again soon. Thank you

Lovely cottage, peaceful with open aspect and lovely views from the sitting room. Rural but in walking distance to SeaHouses and its amenities. Well equipped and well suited to dogs (we had 2 on our stay) with a safe and secure patio and garden for them to explore. We found the cottage to be warm and the heating system to be effective unlike some previous guests.

A delightful and cosy cottage just outside of Seahouses, perfectly situated for scenic walks to Beadnell, Bamburgh, and Seahouses. The cottage itself was immaculately clean, wonderfully cosy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The secure garden was ideal for our dog, who especially loved curling up in his bed by the wood-burning stove. It was truly a lovely place to stay, and I canâ??t recommend it highly enough!

A lovely 2 night break away in The Old Cart Shed. Very well appointed accommodation and thoughtful Welcome Pack. Good location for Seahouses and Beadnell with good places to eat nearby. However, we could not sit in or use the courtyard due to a VERY LARGE RAT that persistently ran from one end to another. We did inform the local agent early on in the week but no-one got back to us and nothing was done.

We had an absolutely lovely time at The Old Cart Shed. Such a beautiful and comfortable property, we didn't want to leave! The cleanliness was excellent and the owners have provided everything we needed for our stay, especially in the kitchen. The outdoor space is amazing and our little doggy could wander safely around. The beds were very comfortable too. A welcome basket of tea and coffee bags biscuits and milk was a really lovely welcome from the owners. We will definitely be going back.

A fabulous find. Beautifully decorated, a quiet location and ideal for dogs with a secure grassed run beyond the paved area. Seahouses is the ideal base to explore the Northumberland coast, well equipped with numerous restaurants, chip shops, take aways, a well stocked supermarket, amazing fresh seafood shop (a must for dressed crab), lots of interesting shops and friendly pubs. About a mile from town but a perfect escape with views over the fields. Fresh eggs available at the farm across the road. I can't recommend it highly enough. You won't be disappointed.

The cottage is very comfortable and well-equipped. The position is excellent for exploring the area. There are plenty of walks in the area and local shops are good - even the post office was open on Sunday! Everything is on one level so good for those with mobility issues but care would be needed with small children as the cottage opens onto the road. However, there is an enclosed garden at the back.

We loved this cottage. Great base for touring the beautiful coast. The garden area through the gate which I think is new was invaluable for the dog; beautiful views across the countryside ;we even saw the aurora borealis on the first night ! Entertaining watching the Jacob sheep next door! Fabulous welcome pack and big basket of logs for the fire much appreciated. Cottage really well equipped warm and comfortable ;everything was quality. Carport parking for 2 cars; you can walk to sea houses.Will definitely be back!

Superb property, you leave any stresses at the door as soon as you enter. Really well equipped, there wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't there. Great size enclosed, secure garden which our dog was safe in. Great location for exploring, and only a 10 minute walk into the village where there's a good choice of restaurants and pubs for a small resort.
