Our second time staying at Beach View and we hope to be back again! The house has everything we needed and was clean, comfortable and wellequipped. The views from the living room and sunroom are spectacular. I honestly cant praise Beach View enough as it is such a fantastic property and the perfect base for exploring Northumberlands spectacular coast.

Probably not for general, public consumption but first impressions due to arriving at a really cold house were not good at all. I dont know when the house was last used but it would have been really good on our arrival date to have had the heating on!

We have visited this house twice. The layout suits us, its very clean and offers us everything we need for a comfortable week away.

Beautifully appointed holiday home with lovely views overlooking the beach. House was clean and well equipped with a nice comfortable bed. The local area has all you need and there are lots of things to do and seek out in the wider area. Really a very pleasant place to visit. Two small matters however. Firstly the house was advertised as having an EV charging point. Although correct it should have also said it was a 3pin socket and not the more standard Type 2. A visitor will need to bear this in mind as they might need an adapter to enable charging. Secondly it advertises Sky with a Smart TV. Both are a bit misleading. There is a Sky box but no package of any kind, just the freeview channels. Also the Smart TV is not connected to the internet so you cant do anything with it, unless we have missed something. Overall however we would recommend and will likely go back to this house. A very enjoyable stay.

Beach View is a comfortable holiday home with all the necessary facilities including ample offroad parking. It is located within a short walking distance from Seahouses town centre whilst being far enough away from busy traffic in the centre.

The property was clean and in good condition. This is our second stay and would recommend the house. The only thing I would mention is the curtains in the main bedroom needed some attention. Over all I would recommend this property.

What a lovely house with fabulous views! We absolutely loved sitting in the sun room with views over to Beadnell Harbour! Lovely little garden as well. There was some confusion on the day of our arrival as there appears to be two number 63's on the same road name .. and of course, we got the wrong one to start with! Unfortunately noone on the Sykes contact numbers answered my calls or returned my voice mail calls Thankfully we walked around and found the right number 63! What a relief! The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need including a slow cooker! Comfortable bedrooms with a great walk in shower off the master. Our only observation was for the exit to the garden via the dining room patio doors could be made easier with paving stones continued to the grass as opposed to uneven stones. Great property though .. I would highly recommend.

A very comfortable and well situated let close to the sea and town centre. We were generally pleased with our 2 visits. The only improvement would be the provision of appropriate garden furniture in the rear garden. A picnic table is not, in our opinion something to sit on, on a warm sunny day. Also sitting in the sun lounge is not very appropriate when the weather is good outside.

Another lovely stay at Beach View, the house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beach View is an ideal place for a quiet holiday but is still close to shops, places to eat and lovely beaches. You can see the sea from almost every room, the view from the sunroom and lounge towards Beadnell is fantastic. We will be back!

The property, its location, facilities and quality are without question some of the best we have experienced in our 38 years of holiday renting. What is now a major negative factor for us after all those years and one which will have a bearing upon future bookings is the ridiculously high cleaning levy imposed on such bookings. Such high charges in our opinion are aimed at generating additional operational profits and not an Insurance against negligent holidaymakers who leave lettings in poor condition.

A lovely clean, well equipped property with the most wonderful sea views. We would be very happy to return again to this little haven in Seahouses which bought us much happiness and peace.

Another fantastic stay at Beach View. The house was extremely clean with lots of added extras. There is plenty of space for a family to spread out. I loved enjoying my morning cuppa in the sun room looking at the stunning view of the beach and Beadnell in the distance.
