A lovely, modern apartment, well-equipped and furnished. A great sea view across to the Farne Islands. Excellent location for exploring the scenery and history of Northumbria and the Northumbrian coast or enjoying the beach a short walk away. A very helpful hostess.

Recommended. Was concerned when booked about parking for second car but it was only 20 yards away and there was always a free spot.

Beautifully appointed ground floor apartment with stunning views of the sea and Farne islands. Lovely, safe, sandy beach just half a mile down the road. All the required amenities just 2mins walk. We had a fabulous week and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone.

Puffins landing is an absolute gem of an apartment with every requirement taken into account, immaculately maintained and beautifully presented - the location is perfect for anyone with dogs and the sea views spectacular. We had a great holiday and enjoyed staying there so much that we have already booked the same dates for next summer. Highly Recommended

What a wonderful place to stay. A real home from home. There was everything you could want or need and everything worked. The only problem we had was on one day it turned really cold and we couldn't get the heater on in the lounge but it was only the one day so not really a problem. The bed was really comfortable as was the lounge and everywhere. Would definitely recommend and will return if we visit seahouses again. Thank you.

This apartment makes your holiday to Northumberland extra special. It is well laid out and has everything you need help make your holiday special, although if you use a hairdryer you need to take your own which is useful to know. The apartment has a lovely view over the sea to Farne Island. If the weather is right you get to see a lovely sunrise and if you turn left out of the apartment and walk along the path you will then see the sunset. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and lots of places to visit a short drive away. Northumberland has a fantastic coastline for you to enjoy. I would highly recommend this property if wanting a base for your trip. It is also dog friendly with lots of walks for dogs nearby.

Puffins Landing had everything we needed. The apartment is high spec, comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect with sea views. It was really good to be a short walk to the harbour and town especially for popping out for a food shop or takeaway. We would definitely stay again as it was such a lovely place to have as a base.

We had a fantastic time at Puffins Landing, the property is in an excellent location, less than 5 mins walk to great pubs, fantastic food locations and a wonderful beach which our dog loved! Already planning our next trip - thank you for having us!

Great apartment with stunning views over the sea to the Farne Islands. Warm ,cosy, two great bedrooms with en suite ( one with walk in shower the other with bath and shower . ). Kitchen dinner with all facilities . Easy walk into Seahouses . Great stay over new year nice to have Christmas decorations.

This is our second visit here. Stunning property and location, everything you could need. Attention to detail is fab and the owner goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it could be. 10 out of 10 for us. Cant wait to go back next year. Tracy and Wayne.

Lovely appartment , very convenient to Seahouses and trips to the beach.

Clean, well equipped, excellent beds, good location for beach and Seahouses centre. Only downside noise from apartments above, not rowdy but you can hear people walking around, shower, taps running, TV etc. Lounge is very exposed, when sat on the sofa you are on eye level with people walking past and they all stare in.

Fantastic location, appartment spotlessly clean with everything you need. One of the best places we have ever stayed at.

It was absolutely amazing at Seahouses, me and my Labrador nala stayed in Puffins Landing and it was perfect for us! The beach was amazing lovely people everything was so clean! Northumberland is a stunning place we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Everything within the property was wonderful. The accommodation was clean and our stay was an absolute delight. The welcome pack was such a lovely touch, the beds and bedding so comfortable and everywhere was so clean. Everything was included that you could possibly need.

We had a lovely stay here. The view of the Farne islands is great on a clear day. It is a great location for the town of seahouses, the beach, bamburgh and boat trips. The is the only negative. The flat is comfortable and well equipped with nice outdoor space. A relaxing place to stay.

This was a great apartment to stay in. It was so comfortable, well equipped and a great location. The owner was so helpful when we had a problem with the back gate lock and it was sorted immediately. Puffin Landing was also very dog friendly and our dog enjoyed her time there. We will definately book again because we all had such a good, relaxing stay. Thank you.

Puffins Landing is in a fantastic location with fabulous views out to the farne islands and harbour from the lounge area. The owners have thought of everything to make your holiday the most comfortable and with extra touches such as a welcome pack give your stay that little bit extra. The accommodation is spacious with chairs to sit outside to the front to take in the beautiful sunrise and sunset and an outdoor dining table and chairs to the rear. Would not hesitate to recommend this property and will be considering future stays. Thank you.
