Bamburgh Castle (3.6 miles, 8 mins), Farne Islands boat trips from Seahouses harbour (walking distance), Alnwick Castle and Gardens (15 miles, 25 mins) and Holy Island via the causeway (18 miles, 30 mins) are all within easy reach.
