Seahouses is a working fishing village with real character. Boat trips run from the harbour out to the Farne Islands where grey seals and puffins live. There are pubs, restaurants and beautiful beaches on your doorstep. Two miles south, Beadnell Bay offers kitesurfing, kayaking and wakeboarding.

The accommodation is light and spacious. Downstairs you get a colourful lounge with a wood burner and Smart TV plus a country-style kitchen/diner with a farmhouse table and cinema-style seating. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: a king-size and a double at the front and a twin at the rear (zip-and-link beds that convert to a super-king on request). One stylish bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bath. Private parking for two cars.

Bamburgh Castle (7 miles), Holy Island (20 miles), Alnwick Castle (16 miles) and The Alnwick Garden (16 miles) are all within easy reach.
