Really good accommodation we used it as a group of 4 for a golf trip, we all had a double bedroom each. Bathrooms on 3 floors as are the bedrooms so this was great too. Lounge very comfy and kitchen was well set out We cooked and ate in the house for the 3 nights and sat at the spacious table. We will definitely book again, was very clean and good value, can see the sea from lounge. Easy parking for the 1 space offered and we parked other car 10 yards away we may of been lucky on a busy day but quiet most of the time.

We were certainly not disappointed with Greenlee House. It was very clean and warm and decorated and furnished to a high standard.It is light and airy and there are plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery. Communication was good from booking through to departure. It is in a beautiful location . The welcome goodies on arrival were most appreciated. Would highly recommend this beautiful house.

This property is fabulous its the 2nd time we have stayed. It is furnished and decorated to a high standard. The main problem we had prior to arriving was trying to contact the owner or even speak to someone at Sykes. I rang but was unable to speak to a real person I used the chat bot and was given a number for the owner, but after leaving numerous messages and ringing, I received no reply. This was frustrating as we were travelling with our oneyearold granddaughter and wanted to check the facilities, such as the stair gate. When we arrived, the number in the information book was for a man called Ben and the number was different. Has the property changed ownership? A big oversight by Sykes!

Beautiful accommodation. Fabulous location near the harbour. Will definitely book again soon. My family and grandchildren loved it x thank you Sykescottages, this was a memorable stay as its the first time my son and his wife accompanied us on our regular trips to Seahouses. Love it.

Very comfortable and a great location. Perhaps a welcome pack of tea, coffee and a pint of milk would be good. Wine was a nice touch but we don't drink alcohol. We would recommend you and your lovely property.

We loved the very cosy setting of the house. Everything was clean and well set up. The wine that you left for us was actually one of my favourite. The property was very roomy, airy, and welllit. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked. My daughter enjoyed the fishing theme of the house very much. We were two families travelling together, so just one car parking space was a squeeze. But we managed to park across the street on the second morning and all was sorted. I am pretty sure this is down to local rules rather than owners control. We will definitely revisit when we get a chance.

Superb, comfortable property, equipped with everything and with the added benefit of an allocated parking space in the old part of the town where parking is limited. Location was outstanding. Well be back and are already recommending it to friends. Many thanks.
