Great cottage stopped here a couple of times,nice walk in to seahouses takes about 15 mins,cottage is nice and comfortable just a couple of minor issues that could be sorted easily, the flush on the toilet needs sorting, hot water tap in the bathroom needs attention, and a set of pans would be nice,other than that had a great stay

Great holiday cottage, very warm and comfortable, enjoyed everything about it and the area, only small problem we found was the toilet was leaking and we had to keep emptying the bowl from under the leak as it quickly filled up. We would return.

The cottage was fine, we had a great time but this was sullied by a very rude call from the owner when we got back to complain about dog hairs and sand on the stairs. We left the cottage clean and tidy but no, we didn't hoover the stairs but it wasnt that bad, if it was i would have done it. If you are so offended by dog hair, don't allow dogs in the property. Post holiday buzz killed instantly in one very rude, aggressive and inappropriate phone call. Also, no washing machine in property.

Our 4th year in the Dairy. As clean and well maintained as our first visit. Left alone, yet Louise is there to help at the end of a text if you need her! A big bonus is that there is always hot water when you need it. A small thing you may think, but makes a huge difference. The beach is just 10mins walk, and a fabulous beach it is too. Everything we needed.

Lovely cottage, very clean and comfortable.

Faultless what more can I say. We will definitely be back soon. Just a short walk to the dog friendly beaches which the pooches loved. Plenty to do and see including boat trips on the harbour to see all the sea animals even the Orcas showed there face. Lindisfarne is beautiful check time of tides. All in all holiday to remember and a big thankyou to Louise who even had tea, coffee and milk for a nice cuppa on arrival after a long drive. The house lovely spacious and immaculately clean loved the corner bath for a nice soak after a long day. Can't recommend it enough just book it

Lovely property, very clean and comfortable, well presented and maintained both inside and outside, think they have purchased new garden furniture. Welcome folder which was very informative about the house and local amenities. Liked the signs on the front door, beach left, shops right. Walk to beautiful beaches 10 mins, shops mins max. Seahouses is wonderful, very dog friendly and nice shops. Comprehensive coop, butchers, bakers, wet fish monger plus lots more. Lots of nice details in cottage and very well equipped, heating excellent. We shall definitely be returning and already recommending. What a lovely holiday!

Lovely cottage and well equipped. Only thing missing would be a washing machine. Outside back garden could also do with an update

Great stay, Ideal location. Very clean and has all amenities you will require.

Lovely cottage and fantastic location. Cottage is cosy and feels homely with all the soft furnishings and accessories. Plenty of storage space too. The only downside for me is the outside garden furniture in the balcony and back yard is old dated and falling apart and this lets the property down as everything else is fitted to a good standard and thought out well so to make this 10 out of 10 I would suggest replacing this tired furniture and it would be perfect. Apart from that a lovely place and if we ever visit Northumberland again we would consider staying at Hastings Dairy.

Weve booked many holiday properties throughout the UK over the years , & we can honestly say this nicest & cleanest we have ever stayed in , the place was immaculate very comfortable & well situated. My wife & I are definitely planning on contacting the owners & rebooking in the future .

This was our second holiday at Hasting Dairy, it is a lovely house with all you could wish for on holiday. The location is excellent for exploring Northumberland on foot and by car.

Everything you would require for a stay at this lovely property was on hand. Lovely bonus to have Netflix to watch after walking along the nearby beach all day. Definitely recommend especially for dog owners as very secure and enclosed.

Great property which we have used several times for trips to Seahouses, very clean and well equipped with enclosed back garden for our dogs which is very handy. Central location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Would definitely book again.

Cosy clean cottage in great location, fab for all the Northumberland coast Dog friendly and easy to keep clean, information was available so didnt need to contact owners. Parked on main road so no problem

Really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. spotlessly clean especially as they welcome dogs. Great location close to amenities and the beach. Miss a washing machine but there is a laundry nearby if required. Happily stay there again with 2 hyper collies.

Perfect. Everything needed for home from home selfaccommodation. Second year. Exactly same so great maintenance and eye for detail. Hot water remains available 247 too!

Cottage was spotless. We found very comfortable and had every thing we needed.hastings dairy is perfectly placed with only a ten minute walk either into seahouses town center or Into sandunes and the beach .we had a great holiday and we will be back.Thank you

Simply but comfortably and attractivley furnised, well stocked kitchen with utensills. Tea bags, milk and biscuits provided on arrival. Comfy beds and sofas. Owner Louise came and said hello and checked all was okay. Gets the sun most of the day untill 6pm in the back and nice to sit out on the balcony also. You can park outside the cottage on the road or on the slope right by the house, we did get the car in the garage but very narrow and is an access route, possible to drive though into the yard. Seahouses itself is about a 10 min walk on the pavement and is very picturesque. Was actually nicer to be just outside the main area. Very enjoyable stay and would deffinitley go back

Had a marvellous stay. Very friendly and helpful owner. Ideal for our pets too. Slept really well and would stay here again. Very clean and comfortable A 10 minute walk into Seahouses. Great dog friendly pubs close by. Doesnt have a washing machine so take enough clothes with you.

Lovely cosy cottage, well located. Clean had everything you need. There are a few improvementsmaintenance that are needed the shower hose leeks quite a bit, the front door is stiff to open and it's the first time I've stayed in a house without a washing machine. None of these took anything away from our Lovely stay. I would recommend Hastings dairy and would stay again.

Lovely accommodation, lovely owner. Really enjoyed our stay.. The one thing that would stop me returning was that there was no washing machine. Apart from that could not fault it

Could not fault the cleanliness. Everywhere was immaculately clean. Unfortunately the cottage on arrival 4pm was very cold, we had driven through a few flurries of snow and low temperatures so expected heating to be on. Although 3 shelves in master bedroom, a chest of drawers would have would have been better suited. Lack of storage for food provisions. Cottage states for 4 people but I feel it would seem overcrowded for 4 adults, thankfully just two of us. Balcony was great for the night skies. Seahouses is central for visiting beaches and villages along the coastal route....love this area.

Hastings Dairy is a lovely cottage very clean & comfortable. The property has been refurbished to a high standard, and the owners have put a lot of thought into providing a relaxing place to stay. We really enjoyed our break here.

The accomodation was superb. Very comfortable, clean, and extremely well equipped. We would certainly recommend this property.

The owner made a big point of advising that hot water is available whenever needed. ....this was very much appreciated.....

Fantastic property about 15 minute walk from the centre beach. The property had everything we needed as a family of four with a decent size freezer, cooker etc Was very clean and had alarm clocks etc.

We absolutely loved this cottage,very clean and warm everything you needed. Plus having two dogs it had everything you needed to keep it clean I was extremely impressed with the information pack about facilities and how to use them plus lots of information about the area. In my opinion if you dont need to contact the owners then its a perfect holiday accommodation. We will be recommending it to family and friends

Hasting Dairy was spotless, warm, comfortable and tastefully decorated. , being modern, but in keeping with the house and the area. Patio and balcony caught the sun all day. Milk in the fridge and biscuits for a welcome cup of tea when we arrived. Perfectly situated for exploring the whole area. A bus stop right outside the door provided a prompt and regular service from Berwick to Alnwick stopping at all the coastal villages in between. Thankyou. We hope to stay again as there are so many things we still want to do in the area.
