Just lovely and cozy!

Gail

Our second Christmas visit and this was as lovely as the first. The house was clean, comfortable and warm, the addition of the Christmas tree made it extra special. Thanks so much for the extras of the wine and chocolates that was a nice gesture. The house is ideally located for getting out by car and about and also for good coastal walks. We were extremely lucky with the weather for the time of year which made it all the better. Good parking on the drive. although situated within 200 yards or so of the start of the High Street it was so quiet, we could have been in the middle of nowhere! Excellent Indian restaurant - The Spice House, and the fish and chip shop Lewis's. Thanks for our wonderful stay.

Richard

Great house in a superb area very comfortable with great amenities.. would recommend & will return next year.

Allan

Little extras such as welcome pack with plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits are really lovely. Good off-road parking! Close to amenities and wonderful beaches. A peaceful and welcoming home from home.

A lovely cottage in a great position near the town centre of Seahouses. Had everything we needed for our weekâ??s stay. Has a lovely garden that will be a great bonus in the summer months. Seahouses has a lot of facilities and is a perfect base to explore Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.

Gail

Our first visit to Northumbria and what a pleasure it has been. Kingfisher's Rest was perfect for us, very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The surprise addition of a Christmas tree and decorations was such a lovely touch, along with the welcome items and bottle of wine and chocolates was very much appreciated. The off-road parking was great. In a very convenient position for restaurants and everyday shopping, the Spice House was excellent. A good base for either walking or exploring from. We really hope to return. Thank you for everything.
