The location is unbeatable - the views are amazing and the balcony was wonderful for the early morning sun. Well equipped and a great size for 2 people. Shower has good water pressure. Really good to have parking. We have already booked to return, and have passed the details to friends!

Not a cottage for those who want to spend a significant time indoors, which is a shame because the view is worth seeing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oar House. It's in a great spot with a good parking space. Very quiet and peaceful. We'd be more than happy to have an opportunity to return.

Wonderful location for the boat trips to the Farne islands and for walking along the coastal path. Cottage was well equipped and the views over the harbour superb! Just loved watching the tides and wildlife. Only problem was that we didnâ??t find the bed comfortable.

The location of this property was excellent, overlooking the harbour at Seahouses where there was always something going on.. The furnishings were of a high quality as was the kitchen equipment. The shower also was very efficient and spacious.

A comfortable cottage for an off season week. We'll appointed and in an ideal situation. Handy for shops and public transport. I never tired of the view over the harbour from the large windows.

Very bright airy cottage with the most fabulous sea views. Quiet and pleasant location handy for eating out and visiting all loocal attractions. Car parking at the door an advantage. Stairs to first floor living area rather steep for older occupants. Spacious bedroom with very comfortable bed and fitted wardrobe. Nice bathroom with good size shower. Handy Hall way for coats shoes boots etc.

Shame there was no fire working. Good location. Someone else had used the dustbin for No16, Oar Cottage. So we had to take our rubbish to public bins.
