Puffin view was a beautiful place to stay. It is in the heart of Seahouses & was clean, secure & very comfortable. We had everything we could need & loved our time there.

Clean well equipped property in a good position in Seahouses. Nice to have allocated parking but security hit a miss as no gate to the garage and people kept leaving gates and doors open. Lights at the back of Bamburgh castle inn very bright at night, could be a problem for some. Property a bit dark for our taste as north facing and only got sun first thing in the morning. Would have preferred carpets in the bedrooms. Welcome pack a nice touch.

We loved this apartment. The security is good and also the access to the apartment. It was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Good location to the shops and pubs. Lovely view, felt totally relaxed here and look to coming back

Second time to puffin view. Enjoyed our stay comfortable beds and everything you need. Shops and pub nearby. Thank you for the hamper a nice surprise. Hopefully we will be back later in the year.

This is a very comfortable and airy apartment with excellent facilities. Plenty of everything you need, in a really wonderful location. Would definitely recommend it, we had a a truly wonderful stay, thank you!

Lovely and well equipped apartment ideally placed for what we wanted. The secure, covered, parking is a very welcome feature. One thing that could be improved is the curtains in the bedrooms. We only used the double bedroom but the blind at the window was insufficient to keep out the very bright security lights that the adjacent Bamburgh Castle Inn have on all night.

We had a fabulous family weekend staying in your lovely apartment. Its ideally located and was so well equipped. It was clean and beautifully presented with everything we could need and lots of extra little touches. Beds and bedrooms were well equipped and really comfortable and the big white fluffy towels were perfect. Were already looking to rebook. Thank you x

Absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was clean comfortable and extremely well stocked. Lovely view from the main balcony and straight into the centre of Seahouses.

This was our 3rd visit to Puffin View and as always was for us the perfect holiday accommodation, great location, underground parking. We especially appreciated the lovely hamper which we received it was most welcome. We love the area and were lucky with the weather as well. We had a great time and will return.

Puffin View was a lovely place to stayeven better than the description led us to believe. The only problem was an odour in one of the wardrobes, but we reported this. I tried all kinds of sprays but couldn't get rid of the smell. We would love to stay there again in the future and would recommend the property to others. I loved looking out at the Farne Islands. The beds were comfortable, the linens soft and towels luxurious. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Thank you so much for providing this wonderful property. The property was conveniently located for access to restaurants and shops.

Lovely apartment would definitely stay there again. Would have liked a TV in the bedroom.

Loved the apartment. Very modern with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Great location with lots of places to visit nearby.

My only comment would be long blind in lounge did not work, bed room blind let in light . Should advise to bring more washing up liquid dishwasher tablets . Lovely shower, comfortable bed and thick towels .

Superb apartment in a fantastic location.

This was the best we have ever stayed in in over 50 yrs of self catering. it was well placed lacked nothing in the line of equipment or comfort, the owner was very helpful with a problem we had healthwise. We had a slight problem when one of the radiators broke but help was on the way immediately and sorted with in twenty minuets. suggestion put a second television in one of the bedrooms

Lovely apartment in a central location for exploring the many attractions Northumberland has to offer. Coop supermarket 150 yds away for supplies and a few restaurants around Seahouses Main Street. Farne Island gift shop next door to the apartments is an Aladdins cave and always worth a visit! Fabulous beaches within walking distance and historic Alnwick castle a 25 minute drive away Bamburgh Castle only 3 miles away and a beautiful walk along the coastal road or a short drive with good parking nearby. Apartment was clean and very well maintained with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The beds are very comfortable and a bath in the ensuite was an added bonus! 2 small balconies provide a lovely partial sea view for a morning coffee, weather permitting . The side view does overlook the next door Castle Inn but this didnt cause us any of the problems mentioned in some other reviews. Plentiful hot water and accessible heating kept us cosy throughout our stay. Plenty of kitchen equipment to self cater and good instructions for using all appliances. Theres access to a numbered space in the undercover garage for parking a medium sized car and gated access to the complex provides security. Will definitely return.

Lovely property, spotlessly clean, amazing location, gorgeous view from the lounge balcony! The communal garden is super. Very well equipped for cooking, lots of storage. Can not fault it, would highly recommend.

A lovely apartment so well located with great parking facilities. Our second visit and as enjoyable as the first visit. Good facilities everything needed for a comfortable stay.

A fantastic property that was ideal for a family holiday exploring Northumberland!

Fabulous location for exploring and we were thrilled with the lovely weather you provided! Flat was clean, welcoming and well equipped. The little communal garden is excellent at sunset.

The location is ideal, being close to local amenities and the security of the complex is reassuring. The quality of the apartment is very good nice quality flooringpermanent fixtures and the furnishings comfortable. The provision of two bathrooms was appreciated. Unfortunately our initial high opinion of the apartment was spoilt by 1. Not very clean in all rooms particularly poorly dusted skirting and floors and grubby fittings in both bathrooms. Additionally, whilst nothing to do with the owner, the corridors and staircases would have benefitted from a deep clean. 2. Poor quality kitchen area utensils e.g. lightweight pots and pans etc. 3. Despite there being a large quantity of tourist information on display, the visitor information relating to the apartment was minimal far less than we have seen in other properties we have rented in the past. However, we didn't let these issues spoil our stay and would recommend the property fairly highly for others.

The property is modern, very clean and comfortable and provided an excellent base to come back to after exploring the area. The beds were particularly comfortable and we all slept really well. There were plenty of excellent eating places in Seahouses. We liked the fact that we had an allocated parking space and that the whole site felt. secure. We would have no problem in recommending the property.

Pre arrival information was comprehensive and clear. Key collection return was simple. All four of us were very impressed with the apartment, the gated location and the very generous and secure under building parking. First attempt with the entry key fob was a team effort however once mastered it was fine. The rooms were well proportioned and furnished, kitchen well stocked, heating and hot water abundant and everything immaculately clean. We loved the two balconies and sea view. Exceeded expectations and would certainly return.

A very well presented and spotlessly clean property, with an amazingly comfortable bed. There was everything we could possibly have needed in the apartment and the location was brilliant. An added advantage was the secure parking place.

Good location, clean, helpful agents.

A comfortable small flat, sufficient for two of us. Insufficient teaspoons in the cutlery drawer but plenty of other utensils. We only used the hob and not the ovens as we ate out apart from breakfast. The comfy seating would not be sufficient for 4 people and the sofa is not particularly comfortable. The sea view in the listing was not as expected as it is partial. There was a problem with the loo seat in the main bathroom which was loose and almost threw me to the floor the first time I used it. We raised the blind on the balcony door so we could go out to the balcony and the blind stuck and we could not get it up or down. The front door lock needs attention as it is difficult to lock on exit. We liked the location, the block, the secure parking. All in all, it was a good base for our holiday.

Very attractive, clean and comfortable accommodation in a central location at Seahouses.

Balconies needing proper maintenance and a good pressure wash and sealing. Handrail needs sanding and quality marine varnish applying. Poor maintenance on outside fittings. Ensuite unusable due to dreadful smell. Toilet presented dirty. One toilet roll provided for two toilets. Had to clean bathrooms before use. Main bathroom badly maintained, grouting needs attention. Over complicated and actually inaccurate entry procedure to property. Lock on front door of flat very difficult to activate. Poor lighting in flat all bulbs mismatched. Main living room dusty, poorly cleaned. Pillows lumpy. Upon changing bedclothes at end of stay duvets were stained. Cooker hob very difficult to use. Dishwasher presented with filter disassembled. I reassembled and added salt and rinse aid. Outside the property there is the kitchen if the Bamburgh Castle Hotel. The cooking smells deep fat frying were disgusting and the noise from 5am to 12 midnight dreadful. The blinds in the rooms cut out little light, are poorly maintained and difficult to use. Additional blackout curtains would be a great idea as the hotel at the back throws out light and noise 247. All in all a 110 property and we expected much better given the high weekly cost to rent it.

A small adjustment to the smoke alarm in the kitchen diner is required as it is very sensitive. It went off every time we did toast. Other than that the apartment is great and in a very good location.

The accommodation was clean, very comfortable and incredibly wellequipped. We loved the central location and the Welcome Pack was a nice touch. We would definitely stay at Puffin View again.

Puffin view was a delight to stay in. Perfect location, extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. All facilities apart from slight maintenance problems with balcony were great. Beds so comfortable and bathrooms spacious altogether felt at home immediately. One and only criticism, the oven which we did not use could do with a thorough clean this obviously was the fault of previous people staying there.. We look forward to returning when we are next in Seahouses, a definite return visit. The underground parking was great also!

Luckily there was only 2 of us, I can't see how 4 people would be comfortable on the sofa. Nowhere to hang wet coats. Also 2 blinds broken that had been reported several times.

Very clean and the comfort thing is purely a personal thing. Beds are far too high for me,being elderly. The situation of the property is superb.

Lovely apartment, cleanliness when we arrived was good but could have been better, kitchen & bathrooms were very good but dusty in a lot of areas. Towel rail in shower room didnt work and blinds in lounge and main bedroom didnt close we did report this, and to be fair they did say they would get it fixed, not a major problem but one that should have been picked up. Overall it was a lovely apartment

Lovely apartment in great location. Views from the garden are stunning. Car parking space was invaluable. Visited lots of beaches, did lots of walks along coastal path.
